Borofsky, Amodeo-Vickery & Bandazian, P.A.
Experienced advocates for Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and DWI cases across New Hampshire.

Attorney Stev Borofsky is the founder of Borofsky, Amodeo-Vickery & Bandazian, P.A. After clerking in the Federal Court and then working in a large law firm for three years, Stev started the law firm as The Legal Clinics in 1978, the first law firm in the state of New Hampshire to concentrate on serving the legal needs of middle-income people. In 1996 The Legal Clinics changed its name to Borofsky, Lewis & Amodeo-Vickery Professional Association to reflect the firm's evolution toward a more traditional practice of law. Stev is the senior managing partner of Borofsky, Amodeo-Vickery & Bandazian P. A.

Over the last twenty-five years, Stev has developed a broad, general practice with experience in many areas of law, including personal injury, workers' compensation, divorce and family matters, corporations, business and contracts, wills, trusts and estates, litigation and most other areas of the law which affect middle-income people. In the last several years, Stev has concentrated on representing injury victims.

Stev has always been very active in local and state bar associations, and over the years he has served on many bar committees. Currently, he is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association's committees on Lawyer-to-Lawyer Dispute Resolution and Public Information. Stev is the chair of the Bar's Media Awards Committee. He is a member and past President of the Manchester Bar Association and member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and the Nashua Bar Association.

Stev has served as a Superior Court Mediator for several years. He has received an award for his extraordinary service to the public and the justice system as a volunteer mediator. Currently, he serves in the Superior Court's Committee to rewrite the Court's mediation rules. Stev served on the New Hampshire Supreme Court Committee which re-wrote the Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as the Supreme Court's Advertising Committee. For five years Stev served as a member of the Board of Directors, and as Vice President, of the New Hampshire Legal Assistance. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union; and as a member of the CLU's Legal Panel, he has handled a number of civil rights cases over the years.
