Chris is a current member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, Manchester Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He served as Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section from April 2009 - March 2010, and served on a New Hampshire Bar Association committee to establish criteria for Lawyer Referral Service medical malpractice panel members. Chris was on the faculty of the November 2008 New Hampshire Association for Justice Workers' Compensation seminar, speaking on the subject of third party personal injury claims. Chris was re-elected to a second three-year term on the Bedford Town Council in March 2011, and was voted by the Town Council to serve as Vice Chairman. Chris previously served on the Town Council as an appointed member in 2004-2005. He currently serves as Chairman of the Bedford Energy Commission, as a member of the Merrimack Valley Regional Water District Board, as a member of the Bedford Community Television Board, as a Bedford School Board liaison, and as an alternate member of the Bedford Planning Board. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors of two community non-profits, The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill, Inc., where he is Vice Chairman, and the Bedford Education Foundation. He also coached the McKelvie Middle School Mock Trial Team, including the 1997 State Champion Team and the 1996 and 2000 State runners-up.
